Return / Exchange / Backorder Policy

We handle our refund and exchange with the ultimate goal to satisfy our customers needs and wants with our product

  • No Refunds are allowed once payment is made, unless if the item purchased is out of stock. All refunds are only available via IN-STORE CREDIT REFUND to be used for next purchases within a given period without minimun spending 
  • For Returns, you have 7 Days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from Ace Active. The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition. It only applicable for changing sizes or obvious manufacturing defects only, not applicable for changing design

         These are the returning option:

           -  Returned to Ace Active Warehouse

          -  Drop off at our Booth (Booth Date will be posted in Instagram)

  • No Refunds/exchange will be made for promo code purchases
  • Sale/ Promotion items are strictly non-exchangeable nor refundable
  • Any Returns made & send to ACE ACTIVE without the consent from ACE ACTIVE TEAM will not be entertain nor sending back. Hence, DO NOT return any item without an approval from ACE ACTIVE TEAM

If you would like to return/exchange sizes, kindly continue reading:

  • We only accept returns/exchange that caused by obvious manufacturing defects or sizes exchange. We accept item in its new condition, with its original tags on & packaging. The items should be free of any makeup stains & scent. It shall not be washed
  • For any returns (in store credit refunds). Kindly contact us via Direct Message through Instagram @ACE.ACTIVEWEAR or email us at ace.activewearapparel@gmail.com within 24 hours after receiving. ACE ACTIVE Team will respond within 48 hours. Any request or return (in store credit refunds) after 24 hours after receiving will be rejected.
  • You would require to post it within 48 hours upon receive a respond and confirmation to send back from ACE ACTIVE
  • The items must be returned to ACE ACTIVE WAREHOUSE (full address will be provided upon confirmation). After receiving your returned item, ACE ACTIVE will be provided a store credit 1-3 days to repurchase.The return shipping fee will generally be borne by us unless it is for exchange size of items, in which case, such fee will be borne by you
  • ACE ACTIVE will be responsible for your return shipment. We highly encourage you to use a reliable courier with tracking number
  • We are able to change to same item and unable to change other items. If you have receive a faulty item, please contact us Instagram Direct Message @Ace.Activewear or email to ace.activewearapparel@gmail.com with supporting images within 24 hours of receivingyour item. Faulty items that's been washed or worn will be taken into considerations

BACKORDER

What is Backorder?

Backorder items are product that are temporarily out of stock and will be restocked. You can place an advance purchase to secure them and they will be shipped out once the stock arrives. They are indicated beside product names or beside certain sizes.

For Bestseller/ popular items, we do our best to open up backorders so that you have another chance at securing your items in your size before they run out again!

When can I expect to receive my backorder items?

For an estimated date of arrival, it will be takes around 1 week from time to time to include any changes.

You'll be receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Note: due to unforeseen circumstances backorder items may be subjected to unexpected delays. Please only cart out if you're comfortable with the waiting times as we are unable to accomodate rush orders and cancellation of backorders.

Can I purchase in-stock items together with backorder items?

Yes, you can. Your order will be shipped out together when your backorder items has reahced our fulfilment center. If you wish for the rest of your order to be shipped out first, do cart them out separetely.

Can I cancel my backorder items?

Once your backorder is confirmed, no amendments or cancellations can be made to your order.

Will there be refunds fo backorder cancellations from your end?

In an unlikely event where we are unable to fulfil your backorder, a full refund in terms of store credit will be issued.
